Returns and Exchanges - Care Instructions
WARRANTY
CHESKO offers a 12-month Warranty on all CHESKO products when purchased new from CHESKO.com or an authorised CHESKO seller. This warranty typically covers CHESKO products, including CHESKO Cases, and mobile accessories, along with collaborative phone cases and accessories we produce with partners.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Products under this warranty are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This coverage applies only to the original purchaser or the initial gift recipient of a CHESKO product, with proof of purchase required for claims. The warranty is non-transferable beyond the initial gift recipient.
Exclusions and Limitations
CHESKOs warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of long term use or drops
- Fading or yellowing
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Modifications to the product
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage to phones/ipads/macbooks/airpods/devices or personal property used with or stored in CHESKO products.
- Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any CHESKO products.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@shopchesko.com immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
You have 10 days from the day you receive your delivery, to send them back to us for a store credit. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please note: All items that are being returned for an exchange have to be in the original condition, unscratched, unused, and returned in the original packaging. Sale and final sale items can be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund. Please note that any exchange/refund claims that have not adhered to the "care instructions" will not be approved.
REFUNDS
You have 10 days from the day you receive your delivery to request a refund. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please note: All items that are being returned for a refund have to be in the original condition, unscratched, unused, and returned in original packaging. Sale and final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Please note that any exchange/refund claims that have not adhered to the "care instructions" will not be approved. Change of mind refunds will incur a $10 restocking fee.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been processed. Orders are processed 5-10 hours from the time of purchase. If changes or edits need to be made, please contact us. If your order has already been processed, the customer will need to ship the item back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued. Shipping will be covered by the customer and a $10 restocking and handling fee will also be charged.

AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY/ KLARNA RETURNS
If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay/ Klarna, the returns process is the same as the above. If an exchange, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, it will go through Afterpay. Afterpay will refund you and payments you have made + cancel any remaining payments you have for your order.
SITE WIDE SALE EVENTS
Items purchased during our site wide sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and others are final sale. While we do not accept refunds for purchases made during these sale events, we do accept exchanges in accordance with our standard exchange policy.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
“Tough Magsafe Phone Case” and “Tough Phone Case”
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Keep the case away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and high humidity to prevent warping and colour fading.
- Gentle Use: While the case is designed to protect your device from minor drops, it is best to handle it gently to avoid scratches and damages to the printed design.
- Regular Cleaning: Dust and dirt can accumulate on the case over time. Clean it regularly by wiping with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as they can damage the sublimation print and the case material.
- Inspect for Wear: Inspect your case regularly for signs of wear and tear. If the case is cracked or severely scratched, consider replacing it to ensure your device remains protected.
- Avoid Dropping: While the case offers some protection against bumps and drops, repeated impacts can weaken the case structure and affect its ability to protect your device.

"Tough iPad case"
- Gentle Use: Handle your iPad case gently. Avoid tossing it into bags or areas where it might get crushed under heavy objects, which could potentially damage the case or the print.
- Avoid Chemicals: Steer clear of harsh cleaning agents like bleach, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners, as these can fade or even strip the printed design from the surface of the case.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Keep the case away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and high humidity to prevent warping and colour fading.
- Check for Damage: Regularly inspect the case for any cracks, splits, or significant scratches. If the integrity of the case is compromised, it might be time to replace it to ensure your iPad remains well protected. Please note that CHESKO does not provide refunds/exchanges on wear and tear.
- Personal Care: Keep the case away from lotions, perfumes, and other personal care products that could spill and cause damage to the print.

"Tough MacBook Cover"
- Careful Handling: Carry your laptop case with care. Avoid rough handling such as dropping or tossing the case, as it can damage both the case and the laptop inside
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use aggressive cleaning agents like bleach, ammonia, or acetone, as these can strip away colours and degrade the materials of the case.
- Proper Storage Conditions: When not in use, store your laptop case in a neutral environment—avoid places with high humidity or extreme temperatures to prevent warping or other damage.
- Avoid Compression: Store the case in a position where it will not be pressed under other objects. Keeping it in a flat position can help maintain its shape and prevent deformation.
- Minimise Sun Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the printed design on your case. Try to minimiSe this exposure when using and storing the case.

"Tough AirPods"
- Gentle Handling: Avoid throwing or dropping the AirPod case, as impact can damage both the case and the AirPods inside. Always handle with care to preserve the integrity of the design and structure.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use solvents, chemicals, or abrasives to clean the case as these can severely damage the printed design and the case material.
- Proper Storage Conditions: Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent warping or discoloration of the case.
- Avoid Pressure: When not in use, keep the case in an area where it won't be crushed or forced into a tight space. Pressure can deform the case, making it difficult to open or close.
- Minimise Exposure to Sunlight: Constant exposure to direct sunlight can fade the print over time. Try to keep the case out of direct sunlight when not in use.
- Protective Pouch: Consider using a protective pouch or bag when carrying the AirPod case in a backpack or purse to protect the print from abrasion and to keep the case clean.

"Phone Strap"
- Proper Use: Plastic panel is to be securely attached underneath the phone case. We do not recommend for this piece to be attached anywhere else (see product image for reference). We recommend attaching both carabinas to the metal hoop for optimum security.
- Gentle Handling: This accessory is for temporary holding and is a fashion accessory only. We do not recommend using this strap to swing/twirl/pull the phone in anyway. Damages to the phone will not be covered by CHESKO.
- Faulty: Please contact our support team if the item arrives faulty and provide photo evidence.

"MagSafe Ring"
- Product Description: This product attaches via a magsafe magnet only (Tough Magsafe Case), we do not recommend attaching this product to the phone in any other way.
- Product Handling: Please only use this product to assist in holding the device with your hands, or to use as a stand on a flat surface. We do not recommend to use this accessory to swing, twirl, or pull the device.
- Faulty: Please contact our support team if the item arrives faulty and provide photo evidence.
